one of those owners lucky enough to have a private swimming pool then the
cleaning and maintaining of it is an essential part of property ownership
here in Spain.
It is very
important to maintain the chemical balance at the correct levels, it is also
very easy to get it wrong, this is
especially important if you have children or are renting out the property to
clients.
It doesn't
take long for a swimming pool to go green, but it certainly takes a while
to get it back to normal and safe after a neglected pool maintenance
program.
A pool
that is not regularly maintained and chemically treated can quickly lead to
the growth of bacteria, causing infections - especially in children and the
elderly.
In
addition to the serious health issues it can also result in costing the
owner a significant amount of money to replace the filter or pool fixtures
and fittings due to calcification or acid erosion.

AxarCare
provide a
complete
pool service not simply a pool
clean,
Our trained pool maintenance team will usually be in
and out within an hour, causing the minimum
inconvenience to either yourselves or to your
guests.
AxarCare
cleaning and maintenance plans are designed to suit
any budget and situation, we can work with you to
create a bespoke maintenance program to meet your
individual requirements.
Have complete piece of mind as your pool will be
cleaned, cleared of all floating debris and chemical
levels will be electronically tested and monitored,
the end result will be the water will be left clean for
enjoyable and safe swimming. (following each visit
your individual pool log will be update at the
property detailing what work was done)
Our annual pool maintenance contracts will keep your
pool safe and in pristine condition.
The AxarCare
standard pool contract consists of weekly
pool cleaning during May to September, and a
fortnightly visit during the October to
April. (this is based upon normal usage)
AxarCare
can also recommend trusted suppliers for pool
heaters and covers, safety nets for children
and much more ask one of the team for more
details.
Annual 12 month Pool Service Contract:-

11.50 per week
the equivalent of less than £10 p/w /
(prices are based on a standard pool
without a pool heater)

annual contract basis, please note that all
chemicals are not included as part of the

AxarCare
are
pleased to be able to offer a professional garden maintenance service.
A properly
maintained garden shows a property off at it's best and creates an
excellent first impression this is especially important if you are renting out
your property.
The
AxarCaregardening team can take care of the weekly - watering, deadheading, cutting
back, pruning, border tidying/weeding, lawn mowing, planting new plants etc. They will
maintain your garden in your absence as required.
Should you require any hard landscaping or a fully automated
watering system we would be able to arrange a quote for you.
Our gardening contracts are based on initial assessment and are
bespoke to the owners requirements.

AxarCareCleaning services offer a wide range of cleaning
options to suit all
requirements and budgets, they start from the normal once a week general
clean through to the extremely thorough Builders/ New Ownership Clean.

Open and air the Property.
Remove all rubbish.
Remove all surplus cement, plaster, paint grease marks on
paintwork from walls, tiles, terraces, floors, cupboards,
domestic equipment etc.
Clean kitchen cupboards & drawers inside and out.
Clean all kitchen work tops and equipment.
Clean and disinfect all kitchen appliances (including hob, oven,
fridge/freezer, microwave, extractor fan, wall tiles & wall
kitchen appliances)
Clean and disinfect all bathrooms including toilets, bides,
washing basins and sanitary appliances.
Sweep / Vacuum wash the floors and terraces.
Sweep / Vacuum wipe down all the walls and ceilings.
Wash down all paintwork from doors, wardrobes etc.
Clean all wardrobes and chest or drawers inside-out

property owners will be left a signed check

LAUNDRY SERVICES

AxarCare
offer a
professional laundry service.
Have your bed linen, towels and tea towels washed
clean and ironed so they are clean and fresh for the
next time they are needed.
This service is especially useful for clients who
rent out their property during the holiday season ,
allowing their clients to have fresh clean items at
their visit to the holiday property or for any property
owners who are on an early or late flight.
In addition to this service we can offer a maid
service should fresh items be required during an
extended visit to the property. (this
service must be booked in advanced)
Laundry Fees
: from 25 (the
equivalent of less than £20) (BED LINEN, TEA TOWELS &TOWELS)
(based on typical usage for a 2 bedroom property)

General
maintenance of your property here in Spain can pose a number of problems
i.e. language, knowing where to purchase the right materials having the
right tools to carry out the work needed, etc.
In our
experience even If you are quite good at DIY and try to tackle the work
yourself you end up spending a lot of time, money and fuel just getting the
things you need to carry out even the simplest of repairs or general
maintenance.
(totally
forgetting you are actually on holiday!!!!)

of these services are based on an initial inspection at the property, where
upon a quotation will be provided to the clients.
We also offer total piece of mind by providing a 24/7 Emergency Call
Out Service for Plumbing and Electrical work, this service is
exclusive
to
our clients
who
purchase
our
Property Management Package
Option.

Having a
key holder for your property whilst you are away is considered by most
owners as essential, this service is normally taken by clients who do not
regularly rent their property out and do not require any additional services
but need a point of contact for their property.
We will hold your keys securely in our key safe and have
them available upon request for either deliveries / tradesmen or for
visiting friends and family.
Please
note it is essential for us to hold a minimum of two sets of keys to your
property.
We request
that AxarCare
is the sole key holder to your property.
Should you arrange any maintenance
work direct with a contractor, we would require written authorisation
/ email to pass the key for your property onto any third party.
We can
arrange to meet at the property to hand over the keys but this is subject to
our normal Meet & Greet charges.
The cost
of the Key Holding Services is only 170 on an annual contract basis.(3.22 per
week)

Building projects large or small,
the team at AxarCare are able to provide skilled people who will do the work
for you and finished to the highest standard.

Meet and Greet Service
We can meet and greet your guests to show them to your property and make
them feel welcome, this is especially useful if your property is a little
off the beaten track,
in
addition to this we can meet deliveries or tradesmen on your behalf.
Cost of
this service is only 30 per occasion
(the equivalent of less than £24)
please note any waiting time will be
charged at 10 per hour, 1st half hour is included)

AxarCarewill
be available to take emergency calls and also be available as a contact
number for you or your guests.

price is for the call-out and the first hour, any work carried out after the
first hour will be charged at the following rate per hour (up to the next

Make your
guests and clients feel special by having a welcome pack waiting for them
upon arrival in your property, there can be fresh flowers or just the
essential groceries which would be most welcomed by your guests if
they are arriving on an early or late flight.
We have
found this service to be very appreciated by guests and is certainly a
contributing factor when it comes to repeat bookings.
Welcome
packages can be completely customised to the clients requests.
Standard Welcome Pack
- which can include milk, coffee, teabags, sugar, water, eggs, wine, bread,
preserves, cereals, 6 pack beer.
Special
Welcome Packs
can be put together at the clients request, these can be arranged providing
you send the details in good time prior to the arrival date / time.
The cost
of a Welcome Pack : Actual Cost + 10
(a small addition
charge may be added for any unusual requests)
