Using a professional Property Management company gives Spanish property owners complete piece of mind whilst they are away from their property, they can be confident that their dream home or investment is receiving the very best possible care whilst they are away.

The AxarCare™ Property Management Package covers all aspects of caring for your property from security to prevention of longer term problems such as damp or possible insect infestation, having someone regularly visit your property will lessen the possibility of it being broken into or damaged , unfortunately this has started to become more common.

Detailed below is what is included in this service.

• Weekly Property Inspections.

• Immediate inspection following a storm or freak weather.

• Visual inspection of exterior and interior fixtures and fittings.

• Check function of all sanitary equipment and plumbing.

• Windows and doors opened during inspection visits to air the property.

• Test any appliances and electrical equipment as required.

• Security checks of doors, windows and shutters and burglar alarm. (if applicable)

• Water house plants if required.

• A detailed fortnightly property report by email, digital photo's of any issues.

• Collecting your post and forwarding on monthly basis. (or as required)

• Point of contact in case of an emergency.

• Official Key Holder for the property.

• Property covered by our 24/7 Emergency Call out service (exclusive to clients who take out a management contract)

• Attend the property for either deliveries / tradesmen or for visiting friends and family (we can wait for up to 1 hour free of charge within this package, there after normal meet and greet charges will apply).

• We can switch on air conditioning/heating, boiler, fridge and appliances, also switching on lights if night arrival. (if required)

• Log book kept at each property and updated following each visit.

Property owners that take out a property management contract have the additional benefits of Key Holding & exclusive access to 24/7 Emergency Call out cover being included in the package (please note there are charges for the call out service as and when it is are used, see services section).

We can also offer additional services to the standard package to match your exact requirements.

The cost of this package is 12€ per week (less than £10) this represents exceptional value for money.

Holiday Rental Management

Many Property owners have at some time considered renting their property out to other people during the holidays, there is a huge opportunity to make substantial financial gain from renting out your property whilst you are not there from the many thousands of tourists that use private villas and apartments for their accommodation each year here in the Costa Del Sol.

Most property owners that would like to rent their property but simply don't know where to start, or they don't want the hassle or have not got the time to deal with the whole process.

AxarCare™are now able to offer a holiday rental management service for clients who wish to rent out their properties, we will manage the whole process from start to finish from advertising your property online with details and photo's, providing live availability information via your own booking calendar, receiving payments on your behalf to managing your clients and ensuring your property remains in perfect condition.

AxarCare™ are able to advise you on your property to allow you to maxamise your income, we will create your own inventory list for your property, we will handle the enquiries, take all bookings, all we ask you do is to just relax!!

Because AxarCare™ offer such a comprehensive range of services we can oversee the entire process including the changeover and cleaning between rentals and the maintenance on the property ( these are additional services and are charged accordingly see ,services section)

The fee we charge for managing your property is 15 - 20% of the total booking + (the one off payment for the Property Management Package for the year), this includes the advertising and the administration and all the services detailed above in the Property Management section. These charges are easily recuperated during the first couple of lettings.
